Caribbean Cookbook Collections

This Recipe Book and Accompanying Products Offer Authentic Dishes

The Original Flava Caribbean Cookbook was created by a family that wanted to pass down its authentic recipes to consumers.

The cookbook was curated and written by the brothers Craig and Shaun McAnuff, who were inspired by the recipes their mother and grandmother made as they were growing up. The Caribbean Cookbook offers 70 "authentic and modern Caribbean recipes" and offer healthy ingredient alternatives for those looking to enjoy flavorful food while also staying conscious of their diet. The pair also offer an all purpose seasoning, a curry powder seasoning, a jerk BBQ sauce and a jerk marinade paste in order to round out their recipes.

5% of the proceeds the brothers earn from selling their Caribbean Cookbook will help to feed some of the less fortunate children in Jamaica.
