Although adults may look on LEGO pieces fondly for all the good childhood memories they stir up, they would most likely prefer playing with a set of carbon fiber tiles in their place if given a chance. The grown-up version of the building block toys, they are sleek, dark and sophisticated.

The carbon fiber tiles were designed by Mark Carpenter and come in packs of 10. Uncrate shares, "These 1x2 tiles are made from 3mm sheets of aerospace grade carbon fiber, manufactured in the USA, and lend a touch of class to any model you add them to, whether it be a serious Architecture model or a double decker couch." The carbon fiber tiles can be used with traditional LEGO pieces as well.
