Farm-to-Table Cannabis Cafes

This fall, West Hollywood, California is set to become home the Lowell Cafe, which is being introduced as "America’s first cannabis cafe serving farm-fresh food, coffee, juice and cannabis daily." At the cafe, diners can expect to have their experience upleveled by a "budtender" who will help with pairing their farm-to-table meal with a matching farm-to-table cannabis strain. According to chef Andrea Drummer, "A kush is a little more pungent, so it pairs better with a stew, or something like a beef or a meat product. A lighter lemon profile goes nicely with a fish."

The establishment has been approved by the City of West Hollywood and is set to be a fresh new destination for cannabis consumers, especially as Lowell Cafe will be equipped to offer cannabis products for on-site consumption.
