The first instalment of the campaign, titled 'You Can't Out-Exercise A Bad Diet,' uses data taken from the calorie counter app, expert insights from physicians and surveys of Lose It!'s 25 million members to make powerful data-driven statements. The statements explore how unhealthy eating can lead to weight gain, regardless of the amount of physical activity a person performs.
