The ‘Call of Duty’ parody video called ‘Cornation War’ parodies the violence associated with the video game and transforms the game’s mission. Micah Malinics creates the video game for a high school project where she uses film and video effects in order to get her message across.

‘Call of Duty’ is a video game where the mission is to kill other players and to have the most amount of "kills." Malinics uses the same screen set-up but instead of holding a gun, the player holds a carnation. The goal within this game is to deliver carnations to girls within a school setting. The parody is hilarious but shows how much the game can change when the goal is reversed-spreading love not war.

The ‘Call of Duty’ parody is sure to draw some attention to the debates about video game violence, but is certainly a humorous spin off of a popular video game today.
