The California Beach Transit Makes Movement Convenient

A day at the beach doesn't always begin like a day at the beach, but hauling loungers and surfboards to the seaside becomes much easier with the help of the California Beach Transit. The clever car is ideal for navigating lengthy stretches of sand with heavy equipment. This unique solution is further enhanced by eco-friendly functioning.

A completely green system, the vehicle designed by Matthew Giammarino is electric, and powered by a cantilevered roof of solar panels that provides shade from the sun for the occupants. Twelve small wheels help the car travel across the loose sand of the seashore, while sensors help them steer clear of natural and human obstacles in its path. The California Beach Transit is a self-sustaining conveyance (advertisers can even pay your maintenance bills) that makes a trip to the ocean a truly relaxing experience.
