Intrinsic’s ‘Mwanzo’ Burlap Laptop Case seeks to not only provide users with a protected carrying case for their computer, but to also promote the fight against poverty in Africa and to promote the use of locally acquired materials.
This socially conscious laptop case has been created using the collaboration of several different artists based in Kenya, with only locally purchased materials. The use of such materials as burlap, and patterned cloth lining, have been specifically chosen to reflect Kenya’s customary traditions and products.
