Del Frisco’s Grille Now Offers Specially Matched Burgers and Wine

American bar and grill Del Frisco’s Grille is now offering a Burgers & Bordeaux menu that pairs burgers and wine. With this new menu, diners have the chance to discover three wines from France in an approachable way with a classic American meal. The wines on the menu were selected to represent two zones of southwest France, divided by the Gironde River, each of which is responsible for producing wines with a unique flavor profile.

The Blanc by Del Frisco’s Grille is a turkey burger that's served on a toasted brioche bun with brie, pear mostarda, roasted garlic aioli and arugula—this burger pairs well with the citrus notes in the white Bordeaux. Other options on the menu include The Château burger and The Légende, each of which can also be elevated by a different French wine.
