Clever Convertible Packaging

The Buell Cratetable is a Motorcycle Box that Turns Into a Workbench

The Buell Cratetable, designed by Michael Kritzer, is an ingenious concept for a motorcycle/workbench combo. The idea behind the design was that the type of person who purchases a Buell motorcycle will probably be adept and proficient with his hands. The design reflects an acute consideration of who exactly is buying the motorcycle.

The Buell Cratetable is precut, so it only needs to be put together. The irony is that you do not need to be a handyman to put the Buell Cratetable together. The workbench is a fantastic concept in its ability to devise a use for materials that would otherwise just be discarded. The Buell Cratetable is also an added bonus or extra incentive to purchase the Buell motorcycle.
