Olive Garden's 'Chocolate Brownie Lasagna' is Decadent and Pasta-Free

Olive Garden recently made its menu even sweeter with the addition of a limited-edition, multi-layer brownie dessert. This new menu item is undoubtedly all-around sweet and dessert-like but the decadent eight-layer creation has been dubbed the 'Chocolate Brownie Lasagna.'

The lasagna-inspired brownie dessert contains no actual pasta and is made up of alternating layers of brownie fudge and sweet vanilla cream cheese, all of which is topped with decorative, texture-rich shavings of chocolate and chocolate drizzle. This new dessert will certainly satisfy those who are looking for more than a single-layer brownie treat or a simple cake divided by a layer of frosting.

A few years ago, Olive Garden introduced a similar take on this dessert concept with its Chocolate Caramel Lasagna, which featured layers of sponge cake, chocolate caramel and custard sauce.
