The Co-op British potatoes range has been expanded by the retailer in the UK as part of the brand's initiative to showcase the best of regional produce. The potato range takes a recipe-specific approach with potato packs targeted towards mashing, roasting, baking, every use and salads to make the process of finding the right one as easy as possible for shoppers. The various potato types including Tyson, Jelly, Maris Piper and Karelia as part of a shift towards local varieties that can better withstand the changing market and environment.
