60s Easter Egg Editorials

The Elle Singapore Brighter Days Photoshoot is Retro and Pale-Hued

The Elle Singapore January 2015 Brighter Days editorial presents a series of upscale 1960s looks for readers of the high end magazine. Model Melissa Tammerijn showcased these retro motifs with the help of stylist Anna Katsanis who worked with a pale, Easter egg-hued color palette.

Light pink, blue and cream shades came together expertly in each one of Katsanis' outfits. Selected for Brighter Days were knee-length skirts, flared trousers and tiered shirts, pieces that are most commonly associated with the past despite their current relevancy.

Photographer Sophy Holland made each one of these Elle Singapore ensembles come across as all the more vintage and appealing. With an old school blue car and a weathered hotel, Tammerijn appeared as if set in the past.
