To make your own Spiced Coconut Squash Breakfast Porridge, you will need spaghetti squash, organic full-fat coconut milk (Beth uses additive-free Natural Value brand), TigerNut flour, cinnamon, ginger, pink Himalayan sea salt, vanilla extract and maple syrup or honey. For those who don't have access to TigerNut flour, tapioca, arrowroot starch or coconut flour can all be used instead. The dish is best served warm with fresh fruit, shredded coconut or other toppings.
