The hypnotic, slow motion video style has expanded its far reach to include your breakfast table with this Breakfast Interrupted video. Watch as your favorite morning comforts become airborne over a soundtrack that perfectly captures the delicate and artful movements of flying pancakes.

How the food becomes airborne is never made quite clear, but as soon as it does, viewers can’t help but enjoy the glory of maple syrup oozing and flowing in an almost poetic manner. The vivid colors of the food are offset by the all-white room, table cloth, and porcelain ware -- it really makes viewers appreciate the beauty of food. The Breakfast Interrupted video ends with a triumphant crash of all the morning goods as subtitles on the screen read, “Forget everything you know about breakfast.”

Since breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, my only grip with this video is that I’m unable to enjoy the delicious goodies in this Breakfast Interrupted clip before they all come crashing down.
