Those who experience dysphagia, the medical term for swallowing difficulties, require bread of a specific consistency so that they can safely consume the food.
The bread and dessert mix comes in pre-made loafs equaling 16 slices per loaf, and it helps to add variety to breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. The product is made with enriched flour and it boasts a Kosher-approved formula that meets IDDSI levels 4, 5 and 6.
A variety of foods are being created to consider people who have difficulty swallowing, ranging from snack bars to 3D-printed meals.
