Luxe streetwear retail label Grailed collaborated with Bowery Football Club on two limited-edition soccer kits. The two new kits go by the names of 'Monaco' and 'Daytona.' The overarching goal of this partnership was to give Grailed a new understanding of activewear and explore the borders of fashion and sports. The main focus in terms of aesthetics was "speed," drawing sensibilities of car racing along with soccer apparel. The end result boasts design emblems and colors that are true to domestic motorsports.
The kits see exclusive Umbro-branded items that are accompanied by sponsorship motifs that represent Grailed Sports and Lagunitas Brewing Company. Additional details include personalized team patchwork and vinyl heat applications.
