Aldi Opened the UK's First Bottomless Pigs in Blankets Restaurant

Research from Aldi shows that up to 423 million pigs in blankets are expected to be consumed on Christmas Day alone and to launch its biggest pigs in blankets range to date, Aldi is opening the doors to a Bottomless Pigs in Blankets Restaurant.

This first-of-its-kind restaurant in the UK features a "Press for PIBs" button that allows visitors to keep the pigs in blankets coming. Pressing the button gives festive food fans the chance to sample products like the limited-edition Specially Selected Brie & Cranberry Candy Cane Pigs in Blankets; Specially Selected Caramelised Onion Chipolatas; and even the Plant Menu Ultimate Vegan Pigs in Blankets.

Last year, Aldi sold 38 million pigs in blankets and it anticipates record sales of up to 43 million this year.
