These New Blaze Pizza Salads Reflect Broader Brand Updates

These new Blaze Pizza salads have been debuted as part of the brand's menu expansion that embraces a wider shift towards artisanal flavors that are balanced out with convenience.

The menu includes the Chicken Chickpea Salad, The Shop and Bacon Pesto Bliss, which each take a different taste, texture and nutritional approach. The salads prioritize fresh ingredients and are each paired with the new Fast-Fire'd Flatbread that's made with the brand's signature pizza dough. The new salads are arriving alongside smaller side options for the brand's Spring Greens Side Salad and the Caesar Side Salad to support easier grab-and-go consumption.

Chief Executive Officer John Owen commented on the new Blaze Pizza salads saying, "At Blaze, we’re always looking for ways to elevate the guest experience. We’ve taken a fresh look at our salad program from top to bottom, from ingredients and preparation to presentation and packaging, to create salads that are more flavorful, more satisfying and more aligned with what today’s guests are looking for.”

Pizza-dough Meal Pairings
Signature dough used as a flatbread accompaniment turns familiar pizza assets into broader meal platforms with stronger cross-category differentiation.
Grab-and-go Side Formats
Smaller salad portions and portable packaging reflect a growing opportunity for convenient add-ons that increase flexibility across lunch, snack and takeout occasions.
