Jersey-based Bubbakoo’s Burritos is ushering in the spring season with the debut of three limited-time offerings, including the cravable new Birria Crunch Stack.
A tasty take on three classic dishes, Bubbakoo’s Burritos latest offerings give customers a new way to enjoy the brand's signature burritos, bowls, and tacos. The new Birria Crunch Stack is a brand-new innovation for the brand, featuring slow-cooked birria layered in a crispy stacked format, along with fresh onions and cilantro, and a birria consommé on the side for dipping. Another one of the new menu items is the Verde Chicken Empanadas, which is a shareable side featuring TOMA empanadas. Finally, there's the new vegetarian-friendly Plant-Based Chorizo, which can be added to any burrito, bowl, or taco. As Alex Jano, Vice President of Marketing at Bubbakoo’s Burritos, explains, "This spring lineup is all about bold, craveable innovation, giving our guests more ways to make each visit their own."
