Besos de Oro Makes a Nut-Free, Vegan Alternative to Cream Liqueur

While Baileys launched its own Baileys Almande as a vegan version of its classic Baileys Irish Cream, Besos de Oro's free-from product does not contain nuts, as the tigernut is not actually a nut at all, but a small tuber that is harvested from the root of a plant.

The non-dairy and lactose-free vegan liqueur is a blend of quintessential Spanish flavors, including brandy from Jerez and tigernut grown in the Valencia region. As the tigernut tends to be naturally sweet, the alcohol product features a sweet taste with less sugar than competing brands.
