Benedict Morgan has managed to create pictures that look as though they should be artwork.
By staging the photos before he captures them, he has been able to create surreal looking pictures. Morgan plays with color blocking, and uses different color variants to evoke emotion out of his photos.
The most impressive pieces are the gray-scale photos. Morgan has perfectly lined the objects in his picture with all the different shades of gray that take place in the scale. The end result is unbelievably accurate looking, and the work that went into the piece is incredible.
Benedict Morgan also plays with color and pattern. The overarching theme throughout his series is his ability to trick the mind with his prowess of shades and tones. He has been able to create an incredible series that requires a second look.
