'Bière des Amis,' the high-quality Belgium-based brewery, has debuted a 0.0% alcohol-by-volume (ABV) version of its 'Belge Blonde.' Many alcohol-free beers have a much lighter, less bitter taste than the regular alcoholic versions, which poses a problem for drinkers who enjoy a strong bitter aftertaste. In order to address this adult market, Bière des Amis has made its alcohol-free beer maintain a bitter aftertaste to its regular beers.

Bière des Amis uniquely maintains this rich taste through its special de-alcoholization process. Due to the nature of Bière des Amis's beers, the drinks can be de-alcoholized at a lower temperature. This results in a minimal loss to aromas, flavors, and textures.
