Just in time for the 2021 Lenten season, Roy Rogers has debuted a new Beer-Battered Cod Sandwich.
Each year, fast food brands roll out new seafood offerings for the duration of Lent and Roy Rogers is no exception. The brand recently debuted a new Beer-Battered Cod Sandwich, which features a quarter-pound, natural-cut cod fillet that's been coated in a Yuengling beer-infused batter. To pair with this boozy fish fillet, Roy Rogers has added American cheese and tartar sauce, and served the whole thing on a corn-dusted Kaiser roll.
While the new Beer-Battered Cod Sandwich is a meal all on its own, some Roy Rogers locations are also offering a platter that features two pieces of beer-battered cod, fries, and a second side.
