Branded Label Map
References: etiquettesystems
This creative beer label map differentiates the American states by depicting each region as a branded beer bottle label from that state.
It's pretty neat to see the origins, particularly of some of the most popular labels that are seen internationally. Maybe I don't drink enough beer, or haven't traveled enough, but I hardly recognize any of these brands.
It's hard to recognize on the map, but the source link has a list of all the beer brands and the states from which they came including popular brewnig companies like Anheuser-Busch, Miller and Coors.
Here's a brief list, the full chart can be seen here.
California - Firestone Walker
Colorado - Coors Brewing Company
Florida - Big Bear Brewing Company
Hawaii - Mehana Brewing Company
Kentucky - Alltechs Lexington Brewing Company
Massachusetts - Samuel Adams
Missouri - Anheuser-Busch
New York - Saranac Brewery
Oregon - Full Sail Brewing
Wisconsin - Miller Brewing Company
