Holy Mountain and JuneBaby — a restaurant for authentic Southern food, come together to release a tasty beer collaboration that is inspired by the traditions of the ancient grain. The partnership mixes the brewery's hands-on expertise and the eatery's knowledge-backed dedication to heritage ingredients.
The beer collaboration bears the name of 'Inosculation.' Aged in barrels, Holy Mountain and JuneBaby used a variety of ancient grains — from einkorn and millet to black rice and smoked red corn, to complete the taste profile for this offering. In addition, both partners have a strong social standing as Holy Mountain is widely known for its barrel-aged stouts, while JuneBaby was awarded the title of the best new restaurant in America by the James Beard Foundation. As a result, a beer collaboration of this caliber is bound to have an interesting taste.
