The experience kicks off by welcoming shoppers with a Magic Charlotte avatar, who offers an overview of 3D themed zones like Hollywood or Rock ‘n’ Roll, where they can shop for beauty kits.
The virtual store experience from Charlotte Tilbury also gives online shoppers the chance to get inspired by tutorials, join live events or even invite a friend to join in the fun via video.
The holiday season is usually an extremely busy season for online shopping but there's been an even more noticeable increase this year as a result of the pandemic. In response, brands are integrating immersive and experiential virtual shops into their sites.
