Lavvu is taking preorders for a furnished modular-home line that now includes an 'XL' cabin with a full-size bathtub, all within roughly 237 square feet, giving compact-retreat buyers space for a real soak. The range spans four sizes, and the largest version was developed with architecture studio Re:Büro.
A glazed end wall opens the small interior to the view, while a sliding kitchen island shifts between food prep and seating. Under-bed drawers handle everyday storage, and each unit travels as a finished module on a trailer or flatbed instead of arriving as a tow-behind camper.
Starting at €45,000 before tax, with the XL at €75,000, these prices position Lavvu as a considered property buy instead of an impulse getaway product. The bathtub and movable island shift small-home expectations toward ordinary domestic comfort, broadening the appeal of modular retreats beyond bare-bones weekend cabins.
