The 'Bareskin Top' is a swim binder for non-binary and transmasculine individuals. While there is no shortage of swimwear on the market, the majority of these items are targeted toward cis-gender individuals. This unique garment provides a queer-friendly alternative to traditional beachwear options.

The Bareskin Top is designed by the inclusive streetwear brand 'FLAVNT.' The garment is a cross between a binder and a compression sports bra, which comes in a skin-colored material. As a the founders explains, the Bareskin Top is "a comfortable top that binds but still lets you get a tan and feel closer to being shirtless than anything else out there." Unlike a conventional bikini top, the binder is designed to help the wearer achieve a passably topless masculine aesthetic.

FLAVNT is currently running a Kickstarter campaign to mass produce the top and provide a comfortable swimwear option for non-binary and transmasculine individuals.
