At the 2012 Toy Fair in New York, Mattel unveiled the Barbie Photo Fashion doll. A unique addition to the Barbie family, it not only looks pretty, but it also takes high-quality photographs. Instead of buying little girls and boys a toy camera to experiment with, they can play with the Barbie Photo Fashion doll. It boasts a built-in 5-megapixel camera that can store up to 100 photos.
As its name suggests, the Barbie Photo Fashion doll stylishly incorporates this camera into her look. The camera lens is located on the back of her neck, cleverly disguised as a necklace while the tiny shutter button is a heart-shaped belt buckle. The photos are viewed on a LCD screen embedded on her t-shirt as though they were graphic designs.
