Homegrown Breakfast Sandwiches

Egg Club Has Partnered with Gryfe's Bagel Bakery

Egg Club partnered with Toronto institution Gryfe's Bagel Bakery to launch three signature breakfast sandwiches, including the Meat Lovers Bagel, BLT Bagel and Cheddar Classic, all served on Gryfe's bagels for the first time. The collaboration pairs Egg Club's folded eggs, sauces, and toppings with Gryfe's light, airy bagel recipe, which the bakery has used since 1957. Both brands are Toronto-based businesses, with Egg Club launched in 2020 and Gryfe's operating as a family-owned bakery in North York for nearly seven decades.

The partnership supports homegrown Canadian food businesses, offering guests a new format for Egg Club menu favorites starting September 9.

This collaboration shows how two Canadian food staples are combining their recognizable identities to create a product that feels rooted in local culture rather than a manufactured cross-promotion.
