Perforated Wall Displays

The Interior of the BaDass Store by MIM Design is Fresh & Edgy

Its bold name aside, the BaDass store in Chadstone, Australia, offers a cool and contemporary interior that is a refreshing spin on the ordinary white theme of most gadget shops.

The interior of the BaDass store is the work of MIM Design. The creative studio infused the retail establishment with quirky design elements, such as all-black walls contrasted with perforated wooden boards. These boards act as display panels, with hooks and shelves installed to hang the store's bags and display its Australian-designed electronic goods. The ceiling itself also features a hole pattern.

The BaDass store, which has as its logo a cheeky donkey wearing red sunglasses, was founded by Helen Rochecouste, who describes her retail establishment as "a lifestyle brand with attitude."
