Now, this Bacon Weave Ice Cream Sandwich brings back the signature bacon element in an unexpected way. Rather than sandwiching a slice of ice cream between cookies, this recipe calls for two disks of woven bacon—the easiest way to do this is to create two squares of woven bacon and cut out a circular form from each one.
