To promote the Samsung Galaxy smartphone to the Gen Z demographic, the brand recently launched a new campaign dubbed 'Awesome is For Everyone.' The global campaign includes a 30-second spot that showcases all the different ways Gen Z can leverage the phone with footage from individual contributors, including a tattoo artist in Bangkok, Kurdish-British model Deba, Nigeria’s first skate crew, and Vogue choreographer Alina Ryzhkova.
Targeting Gen Z as “potentially one of the most creative generations in human history,” Samsung is tapping into its “endless” creativity, said Matthew Leem, VP of Samsung Mobile Marketing. “These social savvy creators leverage their smartphones as a tool to turn their ideas and passions into reality and share them with the world,” said Leem in a statement. “It’s our privilege to work with the most remarkable young creators worldwide and observe how they realize their vision with our technology.”
