'Cado' Makes Dairy-Free Cold-Pressed Avocado Ice Cream

Avocado is commonly used to create simple plant-based puddings, but few people realize that it can also create flavorful avocado ice cream desserts. In order to enhance the dairy-free and vegan dessert options on the market, a brand called 'Cado' is now producing tubs of avocado-based ice cream filled with flavors like mint, lemon and chocolate.

In addition to its base of avocado, the non-dairy avocado ice cream is sweetened with a variety of natural ingredients like organic cane sugar, vanilla extract or chocolate.

While there are now plenty of vegan ice cream products on the market that attempt to emulate the taste and texture of dairy-based ice cream as closely as possible, brands like Cado are turning to nature to provide healthy and flavorful new options.
