Chile-Topped Australian Ribs

Outback's New Aussie Chook Ribs are a Spicy Offering

Outback is bringing the heat this month with the launch of its new Aussie Chook Ribs. Alongside the new rib dish, the brand is also serving up a new Crab-Topped Barramundi, Tim Tam Brownie Cake, and more.

For those who like their chicken with a bit of spice, the new Aussie Chook Ribs deliver on all levels. The new dish consists of ten chicken ribs that are cooked until tender, grilled, then drizzled with aioli sauce, topped with Fresno chiles, and served with a side of smokey BBQ sauce. The brand is also offering a Sirloin and Aussie Chook Ribs dish, which features a six-ounce center-cut sirloin topped with roasted garlic butter, and served with four of the brand’s new Aussie Chook Ribs on the side.
