This Atari 7800 Plus Console Will Run the Original Cartridges

The new Atari 7800 Plus video game console has been created as a modernized take on the namesake model that will provide players with the perfect way to balance the past and present of gaming. The console was created in partnership with Plaion and comes equipped with an HDMI port to allow for connectivity to modern Ts, while also featuring support for Atari 2600 and 7800 cartridges. This will enable retro gamers who already have a collection of game cartridges to be play them without having to hunt down an original system.

The new Atari 7800 Plus video game console is priced at $129.99 and is available now to preorder with shipping expected to starting winter 2024.
