Ornate Freshness-Optimized Flowers

The Astronova® Flower Offers Up to 14 Days of Vase Life

The Astronova® flower is being rolled out after a successful pilot phase to help get the ornate floral variety into the market and help satisfy consumer demand for fresh-cut flowers with an optimized profile. The launch will see Royal Van Zanten, Together2Grow and Coloríginz (part of Dutch Flower Group) working together to further the market growth and development of the new flower. The flower will come in four varieties including Capella, Libra, Rigel and Thabit, which each have a large, dynamic shape with rich colors and will offer up to 14 days of freshness in a vase.

The expanded availability of the Astronova® flower is expected to start into the autumn in European markets to work well as a floral option for shoppers to choose for personal enjoyment or gifting.
