Jorge Marsino Prado recently designed a stunning single-story home that is located in the center of an artificial oasis. For many homeowners, a place to entertain is a primary concern. This home features a unique rooftop terrace that serves as the ultimate entertainment space.
'Asia House' is a 3,260 square-foot home located in Lima, Peru. The house sits in the middle of an artificial oasis that falls in between the Isle of Asia and the foothills of the Andes. Because the neighborhood only allowed for the construction of single-storey homes, the developers added a rooftop terrace as a way of maximizing space. The terrace is shaded by sleek wooden panels and features separate spaces for socializing and dining. There is even a spiral staircase that connects the outdoor and indoor living spaces in an onganic way.
