PITA Mediterranean Street Food Has a New Arayes Flatbread

PITA Mediterranean Street Food is giving fans a new way to sample classic Mediterranean street food this fall with the launch of its new Arayes Flatbread.

For those unfamiliar, arayes are a classic middle eastern street food that consists of pita bread stuffed with spiced ground beef and then grilled or baked until crisp. PITA Mediterranean Street Food's new Arayes Flatbread offering features pita bread stuffed with kafta (ground beef marinated in PITA spices), tomato, and red onion. The whole thing is then brushed with garlic and grilled until warm and crisp. The dish is also served with your choice of one mezza spread for dipping.

The new Arayes Flatbread is a limited-time offering that won't be sticking around for long.
