The Amica 'Stardust Memories' editorial is a time-travelling photoshoot that references the past while also envisioning the future. Although it pays tribute to rocker legend David Bowie, it takes place on what can only be a spaceship of some sort. Embracing the locale, the model portraying the rock king is outfitted in sci-fi metallic pieces that also does justice to Bowie's eccentric sense of style.
Lensed by London-based duo Sandrine Dulermo & Michael Labica of Absynth Photographic, the Amica 'Stardust Memories' editorial appeared in the February 2013 issue of the magazine. It stars model Bianca O’Brien. Particularly inspired by Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, stylist Laurent Dombrowicz had fun incorporating Bowie's Glam-Rock status into the wardrobe. Hairstylist Cyril Laloue and makeup artist Emma Miles perfected the vibrantly bold looks.
