The company enlisted the creative assistance of design firm 'fpm' to craft a contemporary package that celebrated the company's past. The result is a relatively clean packaging design that boast hints of old world romanticism and charm.
Folded like a wax sealed love note, the Alois Dallmayr packaging looks as sweet as the sentiments found in a lover's correspondence. The company's traditional seal found on the packaging mimics the one found on the bar inside, creating an emblem by which the brand can be easily recognized. The rest of the packaging is straightforward enough. Small illustrations of sprigs of herbs and other aspects of nature lend the wrappers a touch of visual interest and naturalistic styling prominent during the era of the enlightenment.
Presented like a sweet gift of indulgence, the Alois Dallmayr packaging attempts to bring a little romance back into our lives.
