Allstate Claims University delivers two primary hands-on environments — a Property Lab containing two full-scale, two-story homes that replicate various types of damage from water, fire, wind, hail, and structural impacts, and an Auto Lab featuring nearly 30 vehicles, including electric, hybrid, and conventional models, selected to represent both common and complex collision, flood, and technological failure scenarios. The curriculum is designed to move beyond theoretical knowledge by allowing adjusters to examine damage that is not immediately visible — from what occurs behind walls, ceilings, and floors to practicing with diagnostic tools and repair demonstrations on vehicles equipped with advanced driver-assistance systems, cameras, and sensors.
