His last presentation at New York Fashion Week, the Alexander Wang Fall 2018 show offered a glimpse into the designer's view of "executive realness" with a cyber punk punk influence. Accessories that hit the hybrid theme home include metallic banana clips, sheer black tights (some adorned with "CEO" in Swarovski crystals) and ultra tiny sunglasses (made in collaboration with Gentle Monster), while the clothing features a variety of "statement zippers."
The collection was predominantly made up of black leather pieces such as long jackets with a handful of white and hot pink looks thrown in. Taking place inside a maze of cubicles in an office building setting, the collection also boasted a handful of grey atheleisure pieces.
Known for taking inspiration from close friend Kim Kardashian, the presentation featured slick leather looks that seem to recall fashions from iconic sci-fi trilogy 'The Matrix,' which Kim and her sisters can be observed channeling in recent months as well.
