This ALDI giveaway has been announced by the retailer in the UK as part of its summertime marketing initiative to catch the attention of consumers this season. The marketing initiative will see the brand giving away bottles of its private label Lacura Moisturising Sun Lotion SPF 50/30+ at a variety of locations starting July 11, 2025. The grocer will be at the Wireless Festival, Boardmaasters Festival, Reading Festival, Leeds Festival and The Big Festival, which will work well for ensuring festival-goers can access sun protection when they need it most.

Chief Commercial Officer Julie Ashfield spoke on the ALDI giveaway saying, "Festival season is a highlight of summer – but long days in the sun can catch people out.
