Han Kjobenhavn Joins AIRTOX on a Sneaker Inspired by the Suburb

Han Kjobenhavn works in collaboration with Danish safety footwear brand AIRTOX on a new footwear design for the season. This collaborative project comes as a surprise and the inspiration is drawn from the working class in the Copenhagen suburbs.

The design elements honor the Danish capital and the creative director of Han Kjobenhavn, Jannik Wikkelsø Davidsen, tapped AIRTOX last year with the visionary concept to blend both functional footwear with high fashion. The result of this concept are two low top sneaker models that are water repellent and made from microfibers. The colorways include the options of black or green colorways with branding details that nod to both contributing efforts reading "AIRTOX" at the laces and "JOINT FORCES" around the heel.
