Agri/Culture by Little Red Door Explores Agricultural Methods

— September 11, 2025 — Lifestyle
Agri/Culture by Little Red Door is a new menu featuring 11 cocktails, each inspired by a different, forward-thinking farming method, like permaculture, aquaponics or agroforestry.

Presented as a tree, with a scannable QR code "leaf," the Agri/Culture menu features drinks that were thoughtfully concocted by the Paris cocktail bar and producers and farmers across France. Serre Solaire, for example, was made in partnership with Les Plantations d’Acapella, which cultivates teas within a solar greenhouse—naturally, this cocktail incorporates black tea, plus green nut, milk, Cointreau and Rémy Martin Cognac. Also on the menu, Aquaculture plays with sea lettuce, lovage, Anaë Dulse Gin, and mushrooms provided by Cycloponics, a farm that has transformed France's underground car parks.
