AGR Reimagines Knit and Other Textures for the FW20 Season

Emerging London-based fashion brand AGR takes knitwear to new angles for the Fall/Winter 2020 season. The latest collection draws themes that have been explored in the previous capsule, with a stronger focus on textures, patterning, and stripes this time around. The FW20 collection draws inspiration from punk and grunge culture, which can be seen across graphic jumpers and cotton striped ribs.

AGR explores many different techniques including bleaching, screen printing, and hand dying to allow the knitwear to stand out. The capsule releases campaign images along with the designs and these are shot with inspiration from "movement, music, and vibing with friends." The visuals reference old school Benetton adverts and the models were specifically chosen from their characters and energy to bring personality at the forefront.
