The Perception Bar at the W London has introduced a dedicated agave cocktail program titled 'Soho's Home of Agave,' featuring a drinks lineup built around Tequila, mezcal, and other agave spirits. The menu focuses on agave-led serves while also including alcohol-free options and discovery formats.
The program is divided into Reimagined Classics, Agave Exploration, Signature Palomas, and Alcohol-Free Favourites. Reimagined Classics include the Chimichurri Royale, a herbaceous Picante riff featuring chimichurri fat-washed Tequila and sweet lime foam, and the Velvet Agave, which layers Mijenta Tequila with kumquat liqueur, Baileys, lime, and a chocolate banana foam. Signature Palomas present five Paloma variations, including the Sierra Brava, which blends Volcan Blanco and Koch Mezcal with clarified fruit elements and an achiote-infused agave.
The collection highlights global agave expressions from Queensland, Karoo, and Goa and will expand with additional producer expressions over time.
