Disability-Representing Lingerie Campaigns

The New Aerie Lingerie Campaign is Inclusive

Aerie lingerie, a subsidiary of American Eagle Outfitters, recently launched a series of new promotion shots that feature models with a variety of disabilities and illnesses.

The models featured in the campaign have taken to social media to share their love of the campaign, stating their appreciation for the brand's work to provide representation of those often excluded from similar campaigns. The shots show a model who has down syndrome, a cancer survivor, as well as others that have vitiligo, type 1 diabetes, fibromyalgia, and more.

With this campaign, Aerie lingerie aims to highlight the importance of diverse representation in fashion, as it enables consumers to see the confidence of women from all different backgrounds.
