Cambio Tequila Debuts a New Añejo Expression

Cambio Tequila has expanded its award-winning lineup with the introduction of a new Añejo expression. Crafted using sustainable practices, this tequila is made from 100% high-altitude Blue Weber Agave, cooked at low temperatures, and pressed with a traditional tahona wheel to enhance flavor.

The Añejo expression undergoes a unique two-week fermentation process in open-air oak and pine wood tanks, followed by triple barrel aging in French oak and Cognac casks for up to 22 months. Bottled at 92 proof, the spirit offers a complex flavor profile with notes of toasted grapes, roasted agave, butterscotch, and warm spices, finishing with a rich, buttery oak warmth. The complex flavor profile makes it an excellent choice for sipping neat or as a premium ingredient in cocktails.
